User Data Deletion Instructions

1. How to Remove Connected Instagram / Facebook Permissions
In compliance with Meta Platform Terms, if you have interacted with BodyGlitch Studio via Instagram (@bodyglitchstudio) or connected Facebook/Instagram applications, you can revoke access and trigger data removal directly from your Meta account at any time:
- Open your Instagram or Facebook account and navigate to Settings & Privacy → Settings.
- Select Apps and Websites (under Your Activity or Permissions).
- Locate BodyGlitch Studio in the active list and click Remove.
- Check the box to delete associated activity data and confirm.
2. Direct Data Erasure Request (Email & Reference Ticket)
To request complete deletion of any email correspondence, social handle metadata, or interaction logs held by BodyGlitch Studio, submit your handle or email below to generate a tracked deletion ticket and dispatch it directly to our Data Protection Officer:
Alternatively, you may email contact@bodyglitchstudio.com or dr@bodyglitchstudio.com directly with the subject line "User Data Deletion Request". All verified erasure requests are permanently processed within 48 hours.
3. What Data Is Purged
- All email threads and contact identifiers stored in our studio support inbox.
- Any cached webhook payloads, comment metadata, or user IDs received via Meta/Instagram APIs.
- Confirmation of permanent deletion is emailed back to you once completed.
